Hotel Policies
- For security reasons it is mandatory for the guest to provide the government address proof photo id.
- For online direct payment bookings, free individual traveler {fit}& walk- in guest it’s compulsory to pay the full amount of room tariff at time of check in.
- Check out time is 11:00 hrs after that late checkout will be on chargeable basis. It will subject to availability.
- Visitors are strictly not allowed in the guest room, you can entertain your guest in the lobby.
- Loud music, parties in the guest room such kind of disturbances not allowed. The management has authority to take action for the same.
- WIFI is complimentory but on a basic speed.
- The management does not stand responsible for the loss of any valuables left in the room.
- For any damage/ stains and marks of hotel belongings the charges will be applicable as per the charges decided by the management.
- Management has final authority to deny the accommodation to the guest if the guest is not agreeing with hotel policies.
- Outside food is not allowed in hotel premises.(we don’t provide cutlery for outside food)
- One water bottle of 1 ltr will be provided,thereafter chargeble bottles can be oredered from restaurant.
- Smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages and tobacco are strictly not allowed in the room.
- Cancellation policy: we offer free cancellation upto 3 days before check-in. Any cancellation 3 days prior to check-in will be non-refundable.
- Direct booking policy: 50% payment is required upfront in case guests book directly and opt for “pay-at-hotel”. Our front office staff will call you on the number provided to confirm booking and process payment.
